Hi there!
On September 14th, I will be taking in Ironman 70.3 Weymouth, my first ever half Ironman. I’m taking part in this event to raise funds for SSAFA, the armed forces charity. Any money that you donate will directly benefit the lives of service families and will directly fund me being in absolute clip for several hours! That's the DS solution for concurrent activity, ask your CSM.
I'm hoping the funds raised will make a small difference for a cause that's very close to our hearts. Please support my efforts by making a secure online donation, if you're able, and by posting a message of support.
The race - 70.3 miles made up of:
Swim: 1.2 miles (1.9km)
Bike: 56 miles (90km)
Run: 13.1 miles (21.1km)
